Licence types explained

What the label on each product means

Retail key

A product key sold on its own. Activates Windows on one PC, for life.

Phone-activation key

A lifetime Office key that activates by phone activation (Installation ID → Confirmation ID). We do this step with you on WhatsApp.

OEM key

Comes pre-installed on a new PC and stays with that PC. We don't sell OEM keys as retail.

Subscription on your own account

Added to your own email (Adobe, Canva, ChatGPT and more). Your files stay in your account.

Ready account

A ready-made account where we send you the login (Microsoft 365).

Warranty

Lifetime keys: 1-year replacement warranty with lifetime activation. Subscriptions and accounts: covered for the full paid period.
