In short: we sell genuine software at the price shown, you pay only to our named accounts, we deliver as described, and every product is covered by our warranty. Please read these terms before you order.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse Tecvane Solutions (“Tecvane”, “we”, “us”) or place an order on this website, on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Delivery Guide and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell genuine software licences, subscriptions and ready accounts. We never sell cracked, patched or modified software.
Each product page states its licence type (for example “Retail key · 1 PC · lifetime activation”, “Subscription on your own account” or “Ready account”), what you’ll receive and its warranty. That description forms part of your order.
Tecvane is an independent reseller. Adobe, Microsoft, Windows and other product names and trademarks belong to their owners, who are not responsible for Tecvane’s service.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For products marked “DM for price”, we confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before you pay.
When you place an order you receive an order number. Your order is accepted once we have verified your payment.
If a product becomes unavailable, or a price was shown by mistake, we will tell you before delivery and you can choose another product or a full refund.
Bulk and business orders follow the quote and invoice we send you.

4. Payment

We accept payment by NayaPay, SadaPay, Easypaisa or Faysal Bank. Pay only to the accounts shown on our website, which are in the name of Syed Unaib Ali. We will never ask you to pay a different account.
Send your payment screenshot with your order number. We start delivery once the payment has been received in our account.

5. Delivery and activation

Delivery times are explained in our Delivery Guide. If we can’t deliver within 24 hours of verifying payment, you can choose a full refund.
Please give us the correct email address. Subscriptions are activated on the email you provide, and keys and logins are sent by WhatsApp or email.
Some Office keys use phone activation, which we complete with you on WhatsApp. Step-by-step help is in our activation guides.

6. Using your licence

Licence keys are for the number of devices stated on the product (usually one). Keys and logins are for your own use: please don’t share, resell or publish them.
Ready accounts (such as Microsoft 365): keep the login safe and message us before changing the password or security settings, so we can keep supporting you.
You must also follow the software maker’s own terms of use. Accounts suspended because of misuse are not covered by our warranty.

7. Warranty, refunds and replacements

Lifetime keys come with a 1-year replacement warranty with lifetime activation. Subscriptions and ready accounts are covered for the full period you paid for. How replacements and refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

Check that your device meets the software’s requirements and that you are ordering the right edition (for example Windows Home vs Pro). Each product page has a “Check before you buy” box to help.
Keep backups of your important files before installing or upgrading software.

9. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the website accurate and our service available. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost data or lost business. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
