- Order details: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the product you ordered.
- Payment proof: the payment screenshot you send us, to verify your payment.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or the passwords to your software accounts.
How we use it
- To process, activate and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, renewals and support.
- To keep basic records of sales and payments.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share only what's needed to deliver your order: for example, your email with the software maker when activating a subscription on your account. Order forms are processed by our website hosting and form provider.
Storage on your device
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you place an order, your order details are saved in your browser's local storage so your confirmation page can show them. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support your license or subscription and for our basic accounting, then delete them.
