Delivery & activation guide
What happens after you order, how long it takes, and how to activate.

Delivery promise: Within 24 hours — most orders in minutes. Every order is handled by a real person.

Times are counted from when we verify your payment. Orders placed late at night may be processed the next morning.
How the process works
- Place your order on the website and you'll get an order number (e.g. TS-123456).
- Pay the amount by NayaPay, SadaPay, Easypaisa or Faysal Bank.
- Send your screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp or on our upload page.
- We verify and deliver. Keys are sent on WhatsApp or email, and subscriptions are activated on your account. We message you when it's done.

Activating a Windows key
- Open Settings → System → Activation (Windows 11) or Settings → Update & Security → Activation (Windows 10).
- Click Change product key and enter the 25-character key we sent.
- Stay connected to the internet, and Windows activates within a minute.
Subscriptions on your own email
- Make sure the email in your order is the one you want the subscription on.
- Once we confirm activation, sign out and back in to the app (e.g. the Creative Cloud app or office.com).
- Check your inbox and spam folder for any invitation or confirmation emails.
- We never need your password.
