Before you start, you need:
- The key we sent you
- Any other antivirus removed first
Steps

Uninstall any other antivirus (Settings → Apps → Installed apps). Two at once cause problems.

Download the app only from the brand's official website (we send you the link).

Open the app, choose Activate / Enter activation code, and type the key we sent you.
You're done when:
The app shows your licence as active, with the number of days remaining (about 365).
Problems and quick fixes
- “Code not valid for this product”
- The key only works with the brand and product you ordered. Check you installed the right one, or send us a screenshot.
